Paid Services Terms

These terms add to the Terms of Service and apply when you buy a paid PerpBrain plan.

1. Plans

• Solo: USD 49 per month. Team: USD 449 per month. Plans cover hosted verified history and team receipt verification, with the usage limits shown at checkout.
• Plans are prepaid for monthly or annual terms. They do not renew automatically: we send a reminder before expiry and a short grace period after it, then access pauses until you pay again.
• Pay-per-call access (x402) may be offered later at the per-call price shown in the API response. Each call is a separate purchase.
• Paid plans give access to data and software services only. They are not trading, advice, signals to follow, or any interest in an asset.

2. Payment in USDC

• We accept USDC on the networks shown at checkout (for example Base or Arbitrum), processed by MoonPay Commerce or NOWPayments, or sent to an address we publish. Prices are set in US dollars; the USDC amount due is shown at checkout.
• You must send the exact amount, on the stated network, to the stated address. Payments sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or in the wrong token may be unrecoverable; we will help where we reasonably can but cannot promise recovery.
• Network (gas) fees are yours. Your plan starts once the payment is confirmed on-chain.
• We never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.

3. VAT and taxes

Prices exclude UAE VAT. Where we are registered for VAT, we add VAT at the applicable rate (currently 5%) for customers in the UAE and issue a tax invoice showing our Tax Registration Number [TRN]. Supplies to customers outside the UAE may be zero-rated where UAE VAT law allows; you may need to give us your country and, for businesses, your tax details. You are responsible for any other taxes in your country.

4. Sanctions and compliance screening

Before activating a plan, and from time to time, we screen your details and paying wallet against sanctions lists and blockchain-risk data. We may refuse, delay or hold a payment, or suspend access, if screening shows a match or a risk, or if the law requires it. Where the law requires us to freeze or report a payment, we will not refund it until we are allowed to.

5. Refunds

• Cooling-off: if you are new to a paid plan, you may cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund, less network fees, as long as you have used less than 10% of the plan's usage allowance.
• Service failure: if we fail to provide the Services materially as described and do not fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us, we refund the unused part of your prepaid term.
• Otherwise, prepaid fees are not refundable for partial periods, but you keep access until the term ends.
• Refunds are paid in USDC to the paying wallet (or another wallet we can screen), for the dollar value paid, within 14 days of approval.
• Your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Modern Technology Trading are not affected.

6. Service levels

We aim for high availability but do not commit to a specific uptime unless a separate written agreement says so. Planned maintenance is announced where practical.

7. Price changes

Price changes apply only from your next prepaid term. We give at least 30 days' notice by email.

8. Future builder fee

Any opt-out builder fee on trades routed through PerpBrain software is not part of current plans. It will apply only after a separate review, under separate terms you will see before it takes effect, and you will be able to switch it off.
